DEVELON, formerly known as Doosan, is set to launch its DTL35 compact track loader this year, marking its first entry into this product category for the North American construction market.
Innovative Features and Capabilities of the DTL35
The DTL35 features a 115-horsepower, 3.4-liter DEVELON engine, also used in the DD100 dozer and 14-ton excavator. This provides the machine with significant pushing and digging capabilities, making it suitable for grading and excavating.
The DTL35 comes standard with a torsion suspension system, which offers a smoother ride and increased durability on construction sites. This system also enhances stability when lifting and carrying loads.
Large cab windows provide good visibility to the front and sides. A standard rearview camera displays real-time images on the in-cab LCD screen. An optional 360-degree around view monitor (AVM) camera system and object detection system will be available, alerting operators to nearby objects and people.
Enhanced Performance and Operator Comfort
The DTL35 supports various attachments, including buckets and pallet forks, due to its high-flow auxiliary hydraulics. The standard hydraulic quick coupler allows for quick attachment changes.
The DTL35 includes the following features to enhance the machine's performance on different terrains:
Electrohydraulic joystick controls.
Two-speed travel.
A load isolation system.
Dual auto leveling.
The machine has a spacious, pressurized cab with large windows. Standard features include an air-suspension seat, high-performance air conditioning, and an 8-inch Smart Touch display. An optional heated seat is also available.
The DTL35 is designed for easy maintenance with a swing-out tailgate for regular inspections and an optional reversible fan to remove debris. The cab can tilt up for access to critical components without needing disassembly.
