Altec Industries, Inc: Fuel Lines May Chafe and Cause Fuel Leak

Altec is recalling certain 2022-2024 TA Series, AT Series, L Series, LR Series Aerial Devices, and AF Series Forestry bodies. The fuel lines may not be properly secured, which can cause the lines to chafe and result in a fuel leak.

Altec will provide owners with instructions to inspect the fuel lines. If the lines are improperly secured, Altec will provide a kit to secure the lines. If the lines are damaged, the chassis manufacturer will repair the fuel lines. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 30, 2025.

Chrysler Rams: Inaccurate Gear Selection Display/FMVSS 101

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 vehicles equipped with a 3.5" cluster and column shifter. A software error may cause the gear selection display to be inaccurate. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101, "Control and Displays."

Dealers will update the cluster software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 5, 2025.

Chrysler is also recalling certain 2019-2024 Ram 1500 vehicles. The driver's side air bag may not be connected properly, which can cause the air bag not to deploy as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Dealers secured the connectors for the air bag, free of charge. All vehicles have been remedied.

Daimler Trucks North America, LLC: Reduced Brake Performance/FMVSS 121

DTNA is recalling certain 2025 Freightliner 114SD, Business Class M2, Cascadia, and Western Star 49X vehicles. The air tank capacity may be too small, resulting in reduced braking performance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

Remedy

The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk are expected to be mailed July 6, 2025. A second notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available.

Ford Motor Company: Blank or Distorted Rearview Camera Image

Ford is recalling certain 2015 F-250, F-350, F-450, Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, and MKC vehicles. The rearview camera printed circuit board terminal header connector may be loose or damaged, which can result in a blank or distorted image.

Dealers will replace the rearview camera, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed May 6, 2025. A second notice will be sent once the final remedy is available.

Ford Trucks: Missing Dashboard Air Bag Warning Label/FMVSS 208

Ford is recalling certain 2025 F-150 vehicles. The air bag warning label may be missing from the dashboard. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Ford will mail owners the warning labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 7, 2025.

Ford Lightning Vehicles: Improperly Secured Battery May Cause Fire

Ford is recalling certain 2023 F-150 Lightning vehicles. The fasteners that secure the junction box bus bars inside the high-voltage battery pack may not have been tightened securely, which can cause electrical arcing at the busbars.

Dealers will inspect and repair the busbar fasteners and replace any damaged components as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on May 19, 2025.

Ford Broncos: Rearview Camera Image May Not Display

Ford is recalling certain 2022-2023 Bronco vehicles. The 360-degree view camera may not display a rearview image when the vehicle is placed in reverse.

Dealers will replace the rearview camera, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on May 05, 2025.

Ford Vehicles: Loss of Brake Function from Brake Fluid Leak

Ford is recalling certain 2022-2024 Navigator and Expedition vehicles. The front brake lines may contact the engine air cleaner outlet pipe and become damaged, possibly resulting in a brake fluid leak and reduced brake function.

Dealers will inspect the front brake line and replace the brake line or air cleaner outlet pipe, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 26, 2025.

Ford F-150: Loose Fasteners on Lower Intermediate Shaft 

Ford is recalling certain 2025 F-150 vehicles. The lower intermediate shaft fasteners may be improperly attached to the steering gear, allowing the shaft to come loose or detach.

Dealers will inspect and replace the lower intermediate shaft fasteners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 26, 2025.

Ford Bronco: Front Lower Control Arm May Detach

Ford is recalling certain 2024-2025 Bronco vehicles. The front lower control arm fasteners may not have been tightened properly, allowing the control arm to detach from the frame.

Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until they have been repaired. Dealers will inspect and verify that the lower control arm fasteners are tightened properly. If a fastener is loose or missing, the dealer will replace the fastener. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 19, 2025.

Ford Trucks: Fuel Return Line Connectors May Leak

Ford is recalling certain F-250 and F-350 vehicles. Cracked fuel return line connectors may leak fuel into the engine compartment.

Dealers will replace the fuel return lines, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on May 19, 2025.

International Motors, LLC: Windshield Wipers May Fail

International is recalling certain 2025-2026 HV, HX, LT, MV, and RH vehicles. The linkage that connects the right-side wiper arm to the motor may separate, causing the wipers to fail.

Dealers will replace the wiper module, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 23, 2025.

Isuzu Motors Limited: Isuzu Motors Limited

Isuzu is recalling certain 2025 NRR-EV vehicles. A gap between the bus bar and connection terminal may cause the system to overheat and turn off the drive motor.

Dealers will replace the sub-junction box. Dealers will inspect and replace the harness and motor/inverter as necessary. All repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 8, 2025.

Polestar Automotive USA: Rearview Camera Image May Not Display/FMVSS 111

Polestar is recalling certain 2021-2025 Polestar 2 vehicles. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 19, 2025. Owners may contact Polestar's customer service at 1-800-806-2504.

Shyft Group: Rear Seat Belts Not Installed/FMVSS 208

Shyft is recalling certain 2025 Utilimaster Aeromaster vehicles. The rear seat belts may not have been installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Owners are advised not to allow passengers to sit in the rear seats until the remedy has been completed. Dealers will install the rear seat belt, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 14, 2025.

Volvo Car USA, LLC: Rearview Camera Image May Not Display/FMVSS 111

Volvo Car is recalling certain 2021-2025 XC40, 2022 V90, 2022-2025 S90, V90CC, C40, XC60, 2023-2025 S60, V60, V60CC, XC90, and 2025 EC40 and EX40 vehicles. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

The software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 24, 2025.
