The building also house facilities management offices, a welding room, metalworking and woodworking shops, an automation shop, electrical and HVAC areas, and an employee break/training room.

Four fleet employees and 53 facilities employees work at the building. The fleet consists of 171 on- and off-road vehicle and equipment assets as well as 140 small engine assets.
