Kubota Tractor Corporation's R530 and R630 feature an air conditioned cab, large entrance and operator’s space, and on-demand differential lock and multi-function controller.
The R530 is powered by a 47.9-hp diesel engine from Kubota, while the R630 is powered by a 61.2-hp engine. The R630 features four work modes (normal, eco, power, and attachment) to optimize handling of specific types of loading work.
The common rail system (CRS) electronically controls the ful injection timing and amount in stages rather than all at once for optimal combustion, according to the company. The Tier 4-compliant machine works in combination with the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and diesel particulate filter (DPF) muffler.
Kubota’s automatic regeneration system automatically burns accumulated particulate matter (soot) in the DPF muffler to keep the muffler clean for longer operation. For safety reasons, automatic regeneration can be turned off with the inhibit switch when the wheel loader is operating in areas that have materials with potential for combustion.
Both machines have a low clearance of 8.2 feet, allowing easier access under low-hanging branches and eaves as well as easier travel between jobs under low bridges. For maintenance, a wide-opening bonnet provides easy acess to the machine's main service areas. Quick-open panels on the right and left sides provide speedy access to the fuel refill (right side) and battery (left side).
These are preliminary specifications and are subject to modification.
