HX140L and HX235LCR Hydraulic Excavators

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas' HX140L and the HX235LCR hydraulic excavators, which are Tier 4 Final compliant, offer 10% better fuel economy and 5% increased productivity compared to previous models.
The new HX models also feature a Boom Float mode for improved grading control, Fine Swing mode for improved load control when swinging, and up to cycle speed that is up to 13% faster than previous models. Also included is Intelligent Power Control (IPC), computer-aided power optimization based on load demand, and Eco Breaker mode, which allows for improved fuel consumption, and a selectable pump flow, according to the company.
New features for both models include an 8-inch interactive, adjustable, touchscreen cluster-monitor in the cab. The monitors come with the Hyundai-exclusive All-Around View Monitoring (AAVM). The AAVM offers 360 degree virtual operating view, and includes a feature that senses when objects come within 16.5 feet of the machine.
The HX140L is rated at 116 hp, and the HX235LCR is rated at 183 hp.
