NCSFA Launches Benchmarking Initiative
The National Conference of State Fleet Administrators (NCSFA) launched a comprehensive benchmarking initiative that will take place over the next two months. States, universities, and municipalities were invited to participate.


The National Conference of State Fleet Administrators (NCSFA) launched a comprehensive benchmarking initiative that will take place over the next two months. States, universities, and municipalities were invited to participate.
The benchmarking survey will encompass topics including but not limited to: how fleets are organized, telematics, key metrics, purchasing methodologies and cost, managing utilization, fleet policies, fleet information systems, and alternative fuel vehicle management. Results of this survey will enable NCSFA members to compare and contrast how their fleet addresses challenges and provide helpful options and alternative approaches for consideration.
The results of the benchmarking initiative will be revealed to attendees at the upcoming 2014 NCSFA State Fleet Manager's Workshop in Burlington, Vt., Oct. 7-9.
