SACRAMENTO, CA – Solano County prosecutors said they will be filing a misdemeanor complaint against State Senator Carole Migden for her “wild ride” on Interstate 80 that ended when her state-issued SUV rear-ended another car, according to the Web site www.knbc.com.
Migden recently released a statement saying she will plead no contest to reckless driving for the incident last May. She is expected to pay a fine. Migden will not be arrested or booked into jail, according to L. Kathryn Coffer, chief deputy district attorney of Solano County, as reported in the Sacramento Bee.
