Amerit Fleet Solutions, a provider of fleet maintenance and management solutions, has acquired Derotic Emergency Equipment, a fire, police, emergency, utility, and other government vehicle upfitter headquartered in California.
Working to Keep Government Fleets Safe, Efficient, and Mission-ready
Derotic’s expertise includes the design, installation, and integration of advanced lighting, communications, and safety systems, ensuring vehicles are equipped to meet the needs of first responders and municipal agencies.
The acquisition will be integrated with Vector Fleet Management, expanding its reach in the government, emergency, and specialty vehicle sector. Combining Vector’s national service network with Derotic’s upfitting expertise gives municipalities and public safety agencies broader capabilities and stronger support nationwide.
Derotic Emergency Equipment will continue to operate under its brand in California, while leveraging Vector and Amerit’s nationwide resources and network.
