Why Fleet Resale Proceeds Should Not be Returned to the General Fund

Keene Retires as Fleet Manager for the Las Vegas Valley Water District

LAS VEGAS – Doug Keene, fleet manager for the Las Vegas Valley Water District since 1993 and a 37-year industry retired Dec. 31. A native of Beckley, W.
