Built for serious work, Barko Industrial Wheeled Tractors (IWT) offer the versatility and maneuverability to operate in a variety of government fleet applications.
Some users for this type of machine may include government entities that manage electrical generation and transmission; military installations or bases that have a need for routine vegetation management work and land clearing for new construction; and federal, state, county, or local highway departments responsible for clearing and maintaining established rights-of-way along roads.
Powerful Performance, In-Cab Comfort
Featuring Cummins QSL9 Tier 4 Final diesel engines that deliver 320 hp in the 930B model and 380 hp in the 937B model, these machines provide powerful performance as well as fuel efficiency.
A high capacity cooling package with an automatic reversing fan keeps these IWTs running day after day, even in hot and dusty working environments. The dedicated attachment pump provides 100-109 gpm of hydraulic flow to the mulching attachment, enabling it to easily tear through tough vegetation and terrain. Barko also offers factory-installed mulching attachments from brands such as Fecon, FAE, and Seppi.
Each IWT features an enhanced operator cab, designed to prioritize the safety and comfort of the user while operating the machine. The cab features a comfortable heated and vented seat with fully adjustable air-ride suspension, ergonomic programmable control layout with a 7-inch touchscreen display, built-in storage space, front window air knife to shed debris accumulation, and large tinted polycarbonate windows to provide a wide range of clear visibility.
All IWT models also come standard with a high output LED lighting package with nine individual lights that illuminate the working area during low light hours and nighttime work.
Barko makes daily inspection checks and regular maintenance easy through removable access panels, swing-out doors, centralized grease fittings, and an onboard pneumatic system. Options such as a hydraulic recovery winch, fire suppression system, rearview camera with in-cab display, and adjustable attachment terrain float system are available to tailor these machines to each customer’s needs.
