Read More →OAKLAND, CA – The city of Oakland has added two more clean-air vehicles to its fleet as part of a continuing effort to reduce pollution in the city, according to Bay City News Wire. A grant from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District allowed the city's Public Works Agency to replace two of its diesel-powered units with clean-burning compressed natural gas vehicles.

Read More →CINCINNATI – Cincinnati Metro is now fueling all of its buses with a 50-percent blend of biodiesel and regular diesel fuel. According to a Metro release, the agency intends to use the 50-percent blend in April through October, when the average temperature is over 40 degrees, and then switch back to the normal 20-percent blend in colder months.
