RTA Fleet Introduces AI Assistant for Fleet360 Platform
As artificial intelligence continues to gain traction across public-sector operations, fleet software providers are finding new ways to incorporate the technology into everyday workflows. RTA's latest addition aims to simplify how users interact with fleet data.

Ron360 aims to make reports and analysis easier to access and understand.
RTA Fleet
RTA Fleet announced its new AI assistant, Ron360.
Ron360 is a conversational AI assistant integrated into its Fleet360 fleet management information system (FMIS).
Ron360 is designed to allow users to query fleet data using natural-language questions and receive responses directly within the platform.
According to a recent press release, fleet personnel can ask questions about maintenance, parts inventory, costs, and operational performance without having to generate reports or navigate multiple screens. The system responds via written explanations, charts, data tables, and references to supporting documentation.
This tool was developed to help fleet organizations access operational and financial information more efficiently as AI capabilities become more common in enterprise software.

Ron360 can generate charts and visualizations from fleet management data stored in the Fleet360 platform.
RTA Fleet
Rather than requiring data exports to external AI applications, Ron360 operates within the Fleet360 environment.
RTA said Ron360 is read-only and provides source attribution for responses. The company also noted that administrators can manage user access and monitor system usage.
Among the features highlighted by RTA are:
- Natural-language queries based on Fleet360 data.
- Access to fleet, maintenance, parts, and cost information.
- Charts and sortable tables for data analysis.
- The ability to save responses as dashboard widgets.
- Source attribution for generated responses.
- Administrative controls for permissions and oversight.
