Terry Kader, fleet superintendent, City of Denton, Texas, was named the 2014 Fleet Professional of the Year. Kader took the leadership challenge at a time that the fleet department was under attack on many fronts. With change in management, internal financial audits, upgrading the fleet management system, poor employee morale, and low customer confidence, Kader met the challenges and accomplished a significant restoration of trust in the department mission and staff.

Caudill has been actively involved with RMFMA for more than 33 years and served on both the chapter and national level boards.
