Kelly Reagan was named the 2016 Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year at the Government Fleet Expo & Conference on June 21 during The Honors Celebration. Reagan, fleet administrator for the City of Columbus, Ohio, was chosen among three finalists for the award.
Bill Griffiths, the 2015 Fleet Manager of the Year, presented the award to Reagan, who emphasized the importance of fleet staff.

A panel of judges consisting of fleet managers from around the country reviewed each candidate in 10 categories: business plan, technology implementation, productivity, policies, preventive maintenance program, utilization management, replacement program, customer service, fuel management, and safety.
