CARBONDALE, PA - Prova Systems, a developer of wireless OBD-2 VHM diagnostic monitors and trip loggers for vehicle fleet management systems, fleet maintenance systems, usage-based insurance (UBI) and distracted driver management, has announced that it launched its new cloud-based Fleet Genius PRO fleet management.

The new Fleet Genius PRO cloud application works with Prova’s Fleet Manager-in-a-box fleet management plug-in VHM OBD-2 monitors and Zigbee/802.15.4 wireless access points. The enhanced Fleet Genius dashboard allows customers to manage their fleets easily with bold, visual KPIs (key performance indicators), in-depth fleet metrics, and alerts all available from the home screen. The system supports full analysis of vehicle emissions system health and automated DTC decodes (diagnostic trouble code). Customers can drill down into the detailed history of any vehicle or driver to obtain critical fleet information and history.

Hosted in the cloud, Fleet Genius supports vehicle and driver trip tracking and analysis, preventive maintenance management, driver behavior monitoring, fuel economy tracking and analysis for vehicles and drivers. The system also enables sophisticated and configurable fleet management alerts which permits email alerts to be sent to drivers, vehicle maintenance teams and management teams.

Fleet Genius can be accessed 24x7 on any browser and supports PCs, MACs, tablets and smartphones. The system supports all operating systems including the most popular from Microsoft, Apple, and Android used in business and government applications.

Fleet Genius also incorporates a fleet maintenance module for fleet service organizations who want to offer advanced fleet maintenance services while simultaneously permitting their customers to view and manage their fleet’s other management data themselves.

Fleet Genius is priced at $5.95 per active vehicle and $12.95 per active user login. Fleet Genius bundles are available for small and medium enterprise fleets and include multiple vehicle and administrative logins. Fleet Genius bundles start at $29 per month for 5 vehicles and $299 per month for fleets of 50 vehicles.

Fleet Genius customers can still choose to forward their fleet management data to Prova partners to take advantage of the capabilities found in partner systems like fleet pool management, distracted driver management and comprehensive fleet maintenance tools.

The system is available immediately and can be purchased directly from Prova Systems or any of its authorized resellers.
