A City of Dallas automotive parts technician was arrested and charged with conspiracy to possess child pornography. Three co-workers caught him browsing through child porn on his cell phone while at work, the Dallas News reported.
The parts technician said he saved the images on his phone for a non-sexual reason, the federal complaint stated.
