NEW YORK - Tom Lubas was named director of the operations services department for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Lubas has worked for more than 38 years with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Lubas first joined the Central Automotive Division (CAD), then in the General Services Department, as assistant manager in 1986. Following that, he served as manager of materials management from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, Lubas returned to CAD as its manager. In 2006, Lubas became general manager, fleet and facility construction support management. Most recently, in 2008, Lubas was named deputy director of the operations services department.
