Government Fleet magazine is accepting nominations for its Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year award. All industry professionals are welcome to nominate a fleet manager.

Government Fleet magazine is now accepting nominations for its Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year award. This award, sponsored by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, recognizes an individual fleet professional who has displayed excellence in fleet management over the past year. The last day to submit nominations is Feb. 19.
Any industry professional can nominate a fleet manager for this award. Self nominations are accepted. Qualified nominees will be asked to complete an essay questionnaire for judges. A group of public sector fleet managers from around the country judges the award.
Candidates are judged on the following criteria: business plan, technology implementation, productivity, policies, preventive maintenance program, utilization management, replacement program, customer service, fuel management, and recent accomplishments.
The winner will be announced at the Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX), which takes place June 4-7 in San Diego, Calif. The winner and finalists will be featured in Government Fleet magazine.
The 2017 Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year was Mary Joyce Ivers. Learn more about her win here. Learn more about the 2017 finalists here.
