Networkfleet Awarded National Contract by NJPA
SAN DIEGO - The Networkfleet solution is now available nationally to National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) members under contract # 113011-NWF.
SAN DIEGO - Networkfleet, a wireless fleet management provider, announced it has been awarded a contract to provide GPS fleet tracking and engine diagnostic monitoring software to education and government agencies by the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA). The Networkfleet solution is now available nationally to NJPA members under contract # 113011-NWF.
The NJPA Board of Directors awarded the contract to Networkfleet under the category of "Administrative Software with Related Goods and Services." NJPA contracts are nationally solicited, competitively bid, and awarded on behalf of NJPA current and potential government and education member agencies.
"As a premier provider of GPS tracking services with a long history of working with government agencies, Networkfleet has the experience needed to meet the needs of our members," said Mike Hajek, NJPA's director of contracts and marketing. "Networkfleet helps organizations to improve fleet utilization and lower fuel costs. We are happy to be able to offer this contract to our 35,000 member agencies."
Networkfleet's GPS fleet tracking and engine monitoring system offers 24/7 visibility into fleet assets with access to real-time vehicle data such as mileage, speed, fuel consumption, and diagnostic trouble codes to improve operations and significantly reduce costs. The system also offers expanded integration capabilities, enabling fleet managers to automate tasks and reduce workload.
"Networkfleet's wireless fleet management solution is being used to improve operating efficiency and reduce expenses at a variety of government agencies at the local, county, state and federal levels," said Keith Schneider, president and CEO of Networkfleet. "We are happy to be able to offer our products and services to NJPA members, which will save them the time and expense of going through a formal bidding process."
