NCSFA'S 21st Annual Conference and Trade Show to Convene Sept. 10 in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

GAITHERSBURG, MD – The National Conference of State Fleet Administrators' (NCSFA) 2007 annual Conference and Trade Show is scheduled for the week of Sept. 10-14 in Hershey, Pa.

GAITHERSBURG, MD – The National Conference of State Fleet Administrators’ (NCSFA) 2007 annual Conference and Trade Show is scheduled for the week of Sept. 10-14 in Hershey, Pa. The annual NCSFA event offers several educational sessions and networking opportunities related to managing state, university, and municipal fleet operations. The Trade Show will feature exhibits of the latest in vehicle technology, fleet support services, accident management, alternative fuels, hybrids, clean diesel technologies, and other vehicle management techniques.

This year’s program theme is “Sharing Information, the Fuel for Success!” Ed Hearn of the “1986 World Champion New York Mets” is the keynote speaker. Other speakers include:

  • Les Jackson, “The Car Guy” of Cruise Control Radio fame.

  • Judy Wojanis, entrepreneur, business owner, and patent holder of the product called “plow balance.” Wojanis will present, “Working Through a Disaster With Succession Planning in Mind.”

    Linda Bluestein, regulatory manager for the Alternative Fuel Transportation Program of the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of FreedomCAR and Vehicle Technologies. Bluestein will share various insights with NCSFA attendees on how to comply with DOE’s new alternative compliance regulations using petroleum reductions in lieu of purchasing AFVs.
  • Greg Burbach, sales executive with Chrome Systems Inc. (PC Carbook), will share ideas on “how to save time, money, and your sanity by using simple tools to solve complex fleet problems.”

    In addition, the Trade Show and Exhibit Fair features more than 70 exhibits providing an excellent learning opportunity.
