ANNANDALE, NJ – Ingersoll Rand, global leader in vehicle service tools and equipment, has been awarded with TechShop Magazine’s 2010 Top 5 Tools Award.
Each month, TechShop Magazine’s readers report on the top five tools used in their shop. Award winners are determined based on the number of times a company or product is mentioned in the previous six issues of TechShop in the Top 5 Favorite Tools section by shop owners and technicians.
Because the winners of the Top 5 Tools Award are picked by the readership of TechShop magazine, it is the only equipment and tool award chosen by technicians and shop owners.
“2010 was an amazing year for Ingersoll Rand. We expanded our MAX family of air tools with the 1105MAX and 1207MAX ratchets, introduced the 2125QTiMAX, and had an amazingly successful launch of the new 2015MAX Hammerhead Low-Profile Impactool. Ingersoll Rand is truly honored to receive this award,” said Nate Schmid, Marketing Manager for Vehicle Services with Ingersoll Rand. “Professionals have relied on Ingersoll Rand for quality and performance for over 100 years, and since this award is something that is voted on by the magazine’s readers — our customers — it is a genuine recognition of our strong legacy and leadership in innovation.”
