DETROIT – General Motors has produced a series of videos that highlight its fleet customers and how they use the automaker’s vehicles, including two public-sector fleets, the City of Rock Hill, S.C. and the City of Hoover, Ala.

Rock Hill uses the Volt, Silverado, Equinox, Caprice, and Tahoe in its fleet. GM stated that city received the “Greenest Fleet” award in South Carolina in 2010. The use of alternative-fuel vehicles in its fleet helped reduce fuel use by 47,000 gallons of gasoline and saved the city $670,000 in 2011.
