The Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX) has opened its Call for Papers submission process for the 2026 event. GFX will take place June 9- 12, 2026, at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California.
GFX is the largest annual conference for public fleets in the nation. Built from the ground up by the team behind Government Fleet magazine, the most trusted industry resource for news, training, and information, GFX is known for its robust conference program, large and immersive exhibit hall. Most of all, it serves as a true annual hub for public fleet professionals.
Government Fleet Wants to Hear from You
The Government Fleet team is looking for speakers for GFX 2026 and invites you to submit an abstract for consideration that is designed for public fleets, including those in law enforcement.
Becoming a speaker at GFX entitles you to a complimentary pass for the event, the opportunity to build your personal brand, and develop your network and resume of speaking engagements.

Title of suggested presentation
Three sentence summary
Presenter name(s), title(s), and organization(s)
Presenter(s) contact information
Once you submit a proposal, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. When the agenda has been finalized, we will let you know if you have been chosen and send you any additional details at that time.
