TAMPA, FL - Hillsborough County has received national recognition from the National Association of County Information Officers for three of its communications projects produced this past year.
One of the projects, winning an award of Meritorious,was Community Relations Coordinator Carol Michel's photograph of a Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Ladder Truck featured on the cover of the November/December 2008 Government Fleet Magazine.
The photo was also selected as the front page shot for American City & County's online weekly snapshot.
