What started as a full floor plan is now expanding. Interest from exhibitors at this year's Government Fleet Expo & Conference has exceeded available space, prompting event organizers to add booth capacity to meet continued demand.
For attendees, this translates into a broader range of tools, services, and technologies to explore, all in one place. With many agencies facing complex challenges around issues such as budgeting, technology adoption, and long-term planning, the show floor provides a concentrated opportunity to compare solutions, ask targeted questions, and gather practical information that can support decision making back home.
More Exhibitors, More Conversations
The expansion allows for greater variety on the floor, including tools, technologies, and service providers that offer different approaches to shared operational challenges. For attendees, that creates more opportunities to ask specific questions while see options side by side and bringing practical insights back to their teams.
This shift also mirrors what we’re seeing on the attendee side. Registration is tracking nearly 50% ahead of the same point in 2024. That kind of growth across both attendance and exhibitor presence reflects a clear interest in in-person dialogue and timely, applied learning.
Why a Growing Show Floor It Matters
As public sector fleets look to make informed decisions in a shifting environment, the increase in both sides of participation may reflect a shared understanding: face-to-face engagement remains a valuable part of the process. Whether it's evaluating new tools or sharing what’s worked on the ground, this year's momentum suggests those conversations are still in high demand.
