SAN ANTONIO - E.J. Ward, Inc. and Advantage PressurePro, LLC, have partnered to provide another integral feature: tire pressure management.
The Ward Fleet Asset Management System (FAMS), an integrated system of hardware and software products that can be installed as a complete system or as stand-alone products, provides key asset management systems in automated fuel management and vehicle tracking.
Ward Pressure Track offers a fuel dispensing lock out when used in conjunction with the Ward FAMS, the company said. Used with the Ward FAMS, the tire pressure data is transmitted during each fueling. The Ward FAMS can automatically notify the vehicle operator and fleet manager that the vehicle needs to be serviced or air added when the vehicle is at the fuel island.
Ward Pressure Track provides early notification of possible tire pressure problems before they occur and displays current tire pressure on demand regardless if the vehicle is moving or stationary.
