CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH - The City of Cuyahoga Falls is considering outsourcing its parts management to NAPA Integrated Business Solutions, and City Council is expected to vote on the change Nov. 28, according to Patch.

NAPA would replace the City's parts specialist, who is about to retire, with two employees. The annual budget for parts and supplies is $430,000, Patch reported.

According to Council meeting agendas, the ordinance would allow the City to enter into a contract without competitive bidding with Genuine Parts Company (NAPA IBS) for parts management. The contract is for auto and truck parts and is not to exceed three years.
