WAYNE, PA – AssetWorks recently began operations under its new name. Formerly the Asset Solutions division of MAXIMUS, the company was acquired by Constellation Software Inc. on Sept. 30, 2008.
The company continues to provide solutions for managing the demands of asset and maintenance management for fleets and facilities. AssetWorks also provides a fully integrated Automated Fuel Management system, (FuelFocus), on one database, for real-time fuel integration.
As the AssetWorks’ flagship application, FleetFocus allows fleet managers to manage inspections and preventive maintenance schedules with a concentration on safety and compliance. FleetFocus helps both public sector and private sector fleet organizations manage labor, parts inventory, warranty claims, procurement, availability, and vehicle utilization. FleetFocus enables fleet organizations to increase vehicle up-time while capturing and analyzing all costs associated with operating a complex fleet operation. FleetFocus, a modern architected browser-based application, integrates with major ERP applications such as Oracle (eBusiness Suite and Peoplesoft), Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains and Navision), SAP, and other systems, such as GPS, automated motor dispatch, and paperless pre-trip inspection solutions.
More than 75 fleet and public transportation organizations use AssetWorks’ FuelFocus to secure and automate fuel operations. FuelFocus enables the automated collection of fuel consumption and purchase data and the system ensures that only authorized vehicles are allowed fuel. FuelFocus immediately validates vehicle information that updates in the FleetFocus system in real-time. All of this data is captured within one integrated Fleet Management database and application.
AssetWorks maintains the same offices throughout North America and the United Kingdom, providing software development, support and implementation services, and continues operations uninterrupted. For more information, visit www.assetworks.com.
