“Our 2008 calendar was a runaway success. We featured 12 Dossier customer fleets, one for each month, and distributed over 5,000 copies of the calendar. We’re looking forward to even greater participation for 2009,” said Bob Hausler, Arsenault Associates vice-president of marketing and technology.

According to Bob Hausler, Arsenault Associates VP of marketing and technology, the 2008 Dossier calendar featured full color photographs of fleet maintenance subjects — individual vehicles, fleet portraits, and maintenance facilities. Along with a photo (in some cases more than one), each month included a brief description of how that fleet used Dossier to its best advantage.

The 2009 Dossier calendar will follow the same format. The contest is open to all Dossier users in any industry operation such as trucking, construction, bus, government, waste handling, and utility. Entry forms are being sent to all users by e-mail. They will also be available on the Arsenault.biz Web site, or by calling (800) 525-5256.

Specific contest rules and information is provided on the entry form. The deadline for entries is midnight, Aug. 15.

Hausler said each contestant must:

Twelve winners will be selected based on the interest quality of their photo and their user statement. In addition to being displayed on the calendar, each of the 12 winners will receive a special Dossier prize selected exclusively for them. One entry will also be chosen as the Grand Prize Winner as the best fleet photo or statement for 2009 and receive a Grand Prize award andspecial placement in the calendar. All contest participants will receive a Dossier logo gift items.

The 12 contest winners will be announced by October 2008. The 2009 Dossier calendars will be available shortly thereafter.
