BURLINGTON, NJ – Arsenault Associates Inc., a provider of fleet maintenance management solutions, reported record growth of more than 31.6 percent for 2006, which comes on the heels of 18.5 percent growth in 2005. This marked increase came from enhancing its Dossier fleet maintenance software capabilities and expanding its technology product and service offerings.
Company founder and CEO Charles Arsenault said that in 2006, Arsenault Associates added 54 new Dossier fleet software customers and 246 new 24/7 Fleet Online ASP internet fleet users while maintaining its large and diverse core fleet customer base.
According to Arsenault, growth was spurred by a combination of factors. The company moved to new expanded headquarters with a state-of-the-art training facility; introduced a number of Dossier software enhancements; and added to its staff.
Software enhancements adding to corporate growth included the release of Dossier, Version 4.3, a new customer management feature to handle external fleet maintenance customers, a data import feature that eliminates data entry of external vendor repair orders and invoices, Web site enhancement devoted to customers with a resource center, user forums and surveys, predictive PM scheduling, and other such related technology products and services.
Arsenault said the company will announce in the year ahead, a different type of tire-tracking solution available in Dossier and a national fleet maintenance software and technology research project in conjunction with Drexel University.
