BURLINGTON, NJ - Arsenault Associates announced that Adam Becker has joined the company as regional accounts manager, Southeastern U.S. Based in Greensboro, N.C., Becker will develop new business, as well as serve existing Dossier customers in the Southeast.

Becker brings nearly 10 years of maintenance software sales experience to his new position. Before joining Arsenault, Becker worked for competitor TMT Software, which was purchased by TMW Systems in 2007.

"Adam is a proven leader and was a top performer at TMT over the last eight years. We're very happy to have him on our team," said Jack Boetefuer, president of Arsenault Associates. "In addition to developing new business, he will be a tremendous asset to our existing customers helping them get more value from their Dossier systems by leveraging his wealth of knowledge. He knows our industry inside and out and will hit the ground running. Working from Greensboro, Adam is positioned to provide excellent service to customers throughout the Southeastern U.S. and on other accounts and projects. He will help Arsenault and our customers move forward."

Becker, who served as director of basketball operations for the University of Miami in the 1990s, brings the strategic thinking and enthusiasm of a coach to his sales work.

"It's about having a goal and creating the process to reach it," Becker said. "For fleets, it's about maximum utilization and controlling costs, and Dossier helps attain that goal. I am very pleased to continue serving the fleet maintenance community, and to do so with an excellent company like Arsenault Associates."

Becker holds a bachelors degree from the University of Maryland and a masters from the University of Northern Colorado. He lives in Greensboro with his wife Tracey and three daughters. He can be reached at adam.becker@arsenault.com.
