The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Vehicle Management (OVM) has selected RTA’s Fleet Management Information Software (FMIS) through the state contract VEH118 following a competitive bid process. This decision aims to enhance OVM’s fleet operations by leveraging the software’s configurability and workflow automation.
RTA’s FMIS, Fleet360, offers a customizable platform designed to meet the specific needs of government fleet operations. With features that support efficiency and data-driven decision-making, the system is intended to help optimize OVM’s fleet management processes. This selection reflects OVM’s focus on investing in technology solutions that align with its operational goals.
A Strategic Partnership for Fleet Optimization
“A large part of our decision to select RTA was their fleet knowledge. Instead of just being a software company, RTA understands our business and offers us a partnership that will help improve our operations,” said Karen Rasnick, OVM’s Fleet Acquisition and System Manager. “RTA’s customized software and dedicated support team have demonstrated a commitment to helping us streamline our processes, improve efficiency, and ultimately deliver better service to our stakeholders. This level of partnership and expertise is exactly what we were looking for to take our fleet operations to the next level.”
As an awarded vendor on the Commonwealth’s Statewide Contract for Fleet Management Software, all entities eligible to use the Commonwealth’s Statewide Contracts can leverage RTA’s proven solutions to modernize their fleet operations and achieve efficiencies without the need to go to a formal bid.
