WARREN, MI - Designed for rugged operation, yet lightweight and economical, the SweepEx ValuSweep line of push brooms is ideal for a wide variety of cleanup applications.

The ValuSweep line consists of two models: the VSB-48 and VSB-60. Weighing in at only 40 pounds, the VSB-48 offers a 48-inch cleaning width, whereas the VSB-60 model delivers a 60-inch cleaning width and weighs only 10 additional pounds. Both models include five rows of replaceable polypropylene brush sections and are constructed of heavy-duty, one-piece solid aircraft aluminum.

Intended for use with most forklifts, ValuSweep brooms come standard with 5-inch-wide Quick-Tite fork pockets. The broom's high-wear polypropylene bristles can move anything from standing water, to light snow, to both small and large debris.

Attachment options for the ValuSweep line include a magnetic bar for cleanup of nails and other metal debris, and a dust mop for sweeping finer materials on polished floors.

Designed for high productivity and minimum downtime, all SweepEx brooms include no moving parts, eliminating the cleaning and lubrication of sprockets and bearings typically associated with rotary-style brooms. Additionally, the push-type cleaning action minimizes dust and flying debris, making the job site safer for operators, machinery and bystanders.

Brush sections are quickly and easily replaced with the unique SweepEx brush section system. By simply detaching the broom's end protectors, brush sections can be replaced, rotated or moved with minimal effort. Once installed, the brush sections are firm and limited in movement, giving the bristles a dynamic, snap-back sweeping action.
