HODGKINS, IL – System2 Fuel Control System Multi-Network Software is now compliant with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) data security standard enacted in 2005.

HODGKINS, IL – System2 Fuel Control System Multi-Network Software is now compliant with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) data security standard enacted in 2005. Under this new standard, bankcard account number information stored within the System2 FSC (Fuel Site Controller) is limited to no more than the first six and the last four digits. This limit also applies to the data printed on the transaction journal and the user’s receipt.
OPW Fuel Management Systems’ early adoption of PCI security standards ensures bankcard customers are protected from theft identity and fraud while station owners protect themselves from liability associated with fraudulent transactions.
