North Texas Tollway Authority Selects Asset Management System
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) has contracted to purchase AssetWorks Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to manage all aspects of its roadway network, infrastructure, and fleet.
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) has contracted to purchase AssetWorks Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to manage all aspects of its roadway network, infrastructure, and fleet. The NTTA is sanctioned by the State of Texas to develop and maintain toll roads in North Texas. The NTTA operates more than 850 lane miles of toll roads in North Texas with another 99 under construction.
AssetWorks EAM is a spatially enabled, comprehensive asset management system that handles all aspects of public infrastructure management. This includes functionality to address day-to-day tasks, such as work order management, materials management, real-time labor tracking, and inspection recording to future planning, such as complete lifecycle analysis and capital budgeting. Furthermore, the system integrates seamlessly with AssetWorks comprehensive fleet management, fuel management, and GPS systems.
Data in the EAM system can be displayed in both traditional and visual representation manners to help management understand the status and needs of the assets at each moment.
