LITTLETON, CO - Mike Hill has returned to Municipal Services Group as the West Coast Regional Manager. He will also originate tax-exempt transactions throughout the United States. This work will involve all types of essential use real and personal property utilizing tax-exempt installment purchase financing structures for end-user acquisition and financing.
Prior to joining Municipal Services Group in 1998, Mr. Hill spent 16 years in the Commercial Equipment Leasing Markets representing ITT Commercial Finance, Comdisco, Capital Associates, and Tokai Bank by providing value-added financial solutions for capital acquisitions to customers directly and through vendor financing programs.
Mike holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Arizona.
