MIAMI, FL – Lauri Venoy, a Norwegian businessman who now lives in Miami, is negotiating with Jackson Memorial Hospital to obtain the 11.5 liters of human fat obtained from liposuction operations every week, according to the Web site www.shortnews.com.
The fat from the hospital would normally be burned but now could be turned into biodiesel. Work is underway to build a sterilization tank for the fat to meet the businessman’s requirements.
