CHESTERFIELD, VA - Jeffery Jeter has been named director of the Chesterfield County Fleet Management Division in Chesterfield, Va. Prior to this, Jeter was director of fleet services for Spotsylvania County Public Schools in Spotsylvania, Va., from January 2007 to March 2012. Earlier, he was deputy director of fleet maintenance & operations for the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of General Services in Richmond, Va., from November 2005 to January 2007.
