NORFOLK, VA – CCG Systems, Inc./FASTER was recognized by INSIDE BUSINESS, The Hampton Roads Business Journal, as one of the top 25 Best Places to Work in Hampton Roads. The magazine evaluated companies based on the following categories: culture/personality, family-friendliness, compensation, and employee development. The selection process also involved an online employee validation survey. Nominated companies were asked to encourage their staff to participate in the survey to qualify for the recognition; 25% of staff validation is required from a company with at least 50 employees. CCG, developer of the fleet management solution FASTER, is an employee-owned business. The top employee benefit is a 100 percent Employee Stock Ownership Plan). CCG also pays for full medical, disability, and life insurance benefits, reimburses tuition, and has a matching 401K program, roll-over vacation, and personal leave. The company also encourages community service.
