With the 2025 Government Fleet Expo & Conference Early Bird savings of $200 ending Friday, May 23, now is the time to start planning for this year's event. 

GFX kicks off with the Block Party and Ride & Drive, on Tuesday, June 24, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Held on South Brevard Street, directly across from the Charlotte Convention Center, the event offers attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the latest advancements in vehicle technology and fleet solutions.

Hands-On Vehicle Demonstrations

Attendees will have the opportunity to test drive and learn about a diverse lineup of vehicles and technologies including:

  • 911 Circuits

  • Eos Business Surveillance Solutions

  • Ford

  • International Motors

  • Legend

  • Mullen

  • Nissan

  • Pro-gard Products

  • Rivian

  • Setina

  • SoundOff Signal

This interactive showcase allows fleet professionals to directly engage with the latest advancements in vehicle technology and fleet solutions, while also learning from on-site experts.

Networking in a Learning Environment

Beyond the vehicle demonstrations, the Block Party offers a relaxed environment to connect with peers. Talk shop over BBQ and share solutions while participating in games and listening to the onsite DJ. J. It's the perfect opportunity to engage in informal discussions and exchange ideas before the conference sessions get kicked off.

What Else is Happening Tuesday, June 24th

After the Block Party and Ride & Drive, attendees will want to make time for the OEM showcase to hear from vehicle manufacturer representatives as they discuss how they’re supporting government fleets amid a shifting vehicle and procurement landscape. Topics will include current challenges in fleet acquisition, product development priorities, and how public agencies can better collaborate with OEMs to meet operational goals.

Then, after a networking coffee break, hear from Larry Campbell, CPFP, and get expert insight into how leadership, culture, and strategy shape long-term success.

The Honors Celebration kicks off right after when Government Fleet will recognize the 50 Leading Fleets, announce rankings for the top 20, and name the top fleets in three size categories. The magazine will also honor the Public Fleet Hall of Fame inductees and the 2025 Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year.
