How-to Video 2: Embedding An Excel Graph Into Powerpoint
TEMPE, AZ – Aaron Alvarado shows viewers how to embed an Excel graph into a Powerpoint presentation for final viewing, which allows users to easily adjust the data later.
TEMPE, AZ – Following last week’s video on simple data conversions using data from a fleet management to graphically depict idle time, Aaron Alvarado shows viewers how to embed the excel presentation into a Powerpoint presentation for final viewing. The advantage of embedding this rather than pasting a screenshot is it can be easily adjusted within Powerpoint.
This is the second of a five-part How-to video series on presenting data for fleet benchmarking, presented by Alvarado, fleet manager for the City of Tempe, Ariz. Next Monday, Alvarado will show viewers how to separate or combine data fields in Excel using the concatenate/de-concatenate function.
