Richard Lallier, long-time public works director at the City of St. Paul, Minn., is calling it a career. Lallier plans to retire Nov. 28 after 36 years with the city, reports the Pioneer Press.
Lallier, who started his career as a lifeguard and public works worker, has served as the public works director since 2010. His accomplishments include an upgrade to the public works fleet.
