BRAMPTON, ONTARIO, CANADA – The City of Brampton, Ontario, Canada, for its successful implementation of the MAXIMUS FleetFocus fleet management software solution. Fleet Services and Fire and Emergency Services started using M5 on July 10, 2006, followed by Transit July 24.
MAXIMUS FleetFocus fleet management software provides complete program management and operations services to local government and federal governments.
In operating these programs on behalf of government, MAXIMUS plays a critical role in providing services that directly help individuals and families improve their lives.
Brampton’s three main fleet/fuel management stakeholders are Fire and Emergency Services, Fleet Services and Transit Services. Fleet Services has already seen the benefits of the new system, which has allowed them to report instantly on labor and the cost of parts. The system can also provide access to a history of repairs on vehicles. Through their devotion to this project, the Brampton team was able to complete the implementation in a very short time frame without extensive assistance from MAXIMUS.
With the launch of the FleetFocus MAXIMUS software complete, the team looks forward to the next phase of the Fleet Project that includes implementing advanced functionality and interfaces into corporation accounting and HR applications.
