BURLINGTON, N.J. – Arsenault Associates, a provider or fleet maintenance management software solutions, has partnered with Networkcar to bring vehicle data to Arsenault’s Dossier system automatically and wirelessly. Arsenault Associates develops, distributes, and supports Dossier, a fleet maintenance-management software.
Networkcar provides Networkfleet, a vehicle management and wireless communication system. Dossier and Networkfleet are being integrated to automatically transfer odometer readings and diagnostic trouble codes to enhance the scheduling of preventative maintenance and eliminate data entry.
Networkfleet gives fleet managers the power to access near real-time information on virtually every aspect of fleet operations via the Internet. Along with GPS location information, the Networkfleet in-vehicle device also collects diagnostic information and meter readings.
Dossier will integrate the diagnostic information and meter readings collected by Networkfleet to automate the control and administration of fleet maintenance management. Preventive maintenance events will be triggered without having to manually gather or check meter readings. Further, diagnostic trouble codes will be provided in near real-time enabling fleet managers to make appropriate corrective actions before a minor problem turns into a major problem.
Arsenault Associates’ Dossier software is used to manage a variety of mobile and fixed assets that require periodic maintenance. Dossier helps fleet managers track repairs, plan preventative maintenance, and evaluate the cost of operating assets.
