NATCHEZ, MS - Adams County vehicles will now be inspected on a daily basis after a recent report cited numerous instances of lack of maintenance to county trucks, including broken lights and brakes that don't work, according to The Natchez Democrat.

Waters International Trucks, which has been helping to teach some basic maintenance skills to county workers for several months now, conducted the inspection and report, indicating at least nine trucks inspected would not have passed the test for a Mississippi Department of Transportation inspection sticker, reported the Democrat.

Officials said maintenance checks will now be conducted every morning by the employee assigned the truck.
