Larry Campbell, CPFP, Fort Wayne, Indiana, director of fleet operations (retired), was named as the recipient of the Legendary Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2025 Government Fleet Expo and Conference (GFX) in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Campbell was chosen by the industry among all the Public Fleet Hall of Fame inductees. He is also a founding inductee of the Government Fleet Hall of Fame.
