The Storm Lake, Iowa Police Department has added a new community outreach vehicle to its fleet dubbed the "Yumvee." The military surplus Humvee utility vehicle was transformed with funds that came from a summer grant from the Tyson Foods plant in Storm Lake, according to a Facebook post.
The vehicle is equipped with an ice cream freezer that enables department representatives to hand out free ice cream to the surrounding neighborhoods.
