The John Bean T7100S High-Volume Tire Changer offers new ergonomic features for increased productivity and performance. The new PROspeed self-adjusting system maximizes rotation speed depending on the torque required and automatically adjusts rotation speed to compensate for tire resistance.

John Bean's new PROspeed self-adjusting system maximizes rotation speed depending on the torque required and automatically adjusts rotation speed to compensate for tire resistance.
Compared to a traditional turntable, the center clamp design does not require jaw protectors, and reduces the risk of wheel damage. Capacity is not constricted by clamping jaw range, either.
The enhanced ergonomic design assists technicians with lifting and positioning heavy tires on the machine. An integrated hook also helps lift heavy tires during demounting. The traditional on-side bead breaker is now controlled by a new finger trigger.
