FASTER’s real-time data enhances management staffs’ ability to make proactive decisions to maximize availability, usage, and cost effectiveness of resources. This results in improved customer service, repairs and maintenance services, and increased staff efficiency and productivity, according to CCG Systems, Inc.
Harford County Fleet Management Division provides oversight to administers, contract fleet management, and maintenance of the County’s inventory of more than 900 automobiles, light trucks, heavy equipment, and lawn care items. They purchased FASTER using the GSA Schedule.
The Town of Windsor’s Fleet Management department purchased FASTER to replace their existing system to better support their efforts in streamlining their work processes and improving customer service. The Town is a rapidly developing unique community located in the center of the Central Northern Colorado Tri-Cities (Ft.Collins Loveland and Greeley) high growth area.
