Switch Labs Launches VerifyAI Readiness Kit for Public Fleets

Fleet inspections often rely on paper forms, inconsistent documentation, or manual photo collection. A new toolkit from Switch Labs is designed to give public agencies a more structured way to verify vehicle readiness and track condition over time.

Switch Labs has introduced the VerifyAI Public Fleet Readiness Kit, a collection of templates and inspection tools designed to help government fleets document vehicle and equipment readiness using photo-based inspections.

According to Switch, the kit includes six inspection templates covering snow response, emergency support, shared motor pools, vendor repair returns, disaster deployment, and utility truck readiness. Each workflow includes standardized photo requirements and generates a digital inspection record that can be reviewed and retained for fleet documentation.

The pilot includes template setup for one public fleet workflow and up to 1,000 standard verifications. Participating agencies will test whether photo-verified readiness records reduce incomplete inspection files, improve exception routing, or produce condition reports sufficient to attach to a work order.

The system allows inspections to be completed through a web browser without requiring a mobile application. Agencies can send inspection links to drivers, technicians, supervisors, or vendors to document vehicle condition and readiness before or after deployment, maintenance, or equipment transfers.

Switch Labs is also offering a 30-day pilot program for public fleet organizations. The pilot focuses on a single fleet workflow, allowing agencies to evaluate the inspection process before broader implementation.

The kit is intended for agencies managing public works vehicles, emergency response equipment, utility fleets, and shared motor pools.
